Jackson failed with Kong. Plain and simply. He either needs to learn the word 'cut', or utilize his editors. His attempt to make an epic of this literary and cinematic tale failed. The failure occurs as he attempts to connect an exhausting love story with eccentric computer graphics with to many portions of the story that are newly created. Two hours in I looked at the time a was dumbfounded that the storyline had not yet taken us back to New York. Others have used the word 'silly', the word that decribes it best for me...Cheesy!
